How to Order - Australia and New Zealand:

Place order by:

• posting order form

• emailing order form

• faxing order form

• telephone order

• paying by 'send money' through Paypal

• Payment can be made instantly by PAYPAL by clicking on "Add to Cart" buttons on the Catalogue link to instantly purchase through my Paypal Shopping Cart (no need to join Paypal if you are not a member - just pay through Paypal using your credit card)

• Payment can also be made by Cash, Credit Card, Money Order, Cheque or Direct Deposit

• Money Order & Cheques to be made payable to C Gardiner

• Orders will be posted or delivered once cheques / payments have been cleared.
